What we collect

Cityskape may collect the name, email address, phone number, booking details, and preferences that a customer chooses to provide when using the site.

How we use it

We use those details to complete bookings, issue tickets, help operators serve customers, improve local offers, and answer support questions.

Payments and tickets

Production payments will be handled by the selected payment provider. Cityskape tickets show an order reference and safe payment summary only. We do not print or put full card numbers, bank-account numbers, PINs, or CVVs in QR codes or tickets.

Location

The site may use a broad location estimate such as city or region to show relevant listings. It does not need a map for launch. An operator’s service area is based on the address they provide and can be adjusted.
